6.0/ 10
EMPFlix is a free video tube with a large library of user-uploaded clips, browsable by category, performer and tag without signing up. Pages load quickly, ads are light, and the layout works well on phones. Its rating is capped because clicking a link on a phone sometimes sends you to another site.
