gifreels is a free adult GIF sharing site where users upload and share short looping clips, and you can browse without an account. Ad space is minimal and no pop-ups or redirects were seen, though a large sticky overlay can cover part of the screen. Pages load reasonably quickly, especially on phones, and very little outside tracking was detected.
