Hentai City is a free streaming site for animated adult videos and pictures, with categories, characters, channels and user uploads. Pages load reasonably quickly, fit phone screens well, and display few banner ads, though video ads play before content on phones. A rating cap applies because on phones, tapping links opened pop-up windows during our visits.
