LaComics is a free index of adult illustrated comics and doujinshi that you can browse without an account, with downloads hosted on outside file sites. Pages load quickly, fit phones well, and show few ads. Its rating is capped because our tests repeatedly found misleading download or play buttons, so check where you are clicking.
