Okioto is a free hentai and animated adult video site that indexes clips from other sites and also hosts user uploads, organized by creator and category. The homepage is clean and loads quickly on desktop and phone, but video pages are heavily covered in ads and a video ad can play before your clip. Its rating is capped because clicking links or the player triggered popups or forced redirects to other sites in every test visit.
