Pictoa is a free adult photo-sharing site where users upload and browse picture galleries, with no account needed to view content. Pages load quickly, fit phone screens well and show almost no visible ads, but its rating is capped because testing found pop-ups or forced redirects (including an offsite redirect when tapping links on a phone) and push-notification prompts on every visit.
