RemaxHD is a free site focused on Indian web series and short films, and it says it links to videos hosted on outside file-sharing services rather than hosting them itself. The site loads quickly and fits phone screens well, with a clean, ad-free homepage, although video pages carry a fair amount of advertising. A login form appears on the landing page, and there is no age confirmation when you enter.
