rule34.lol is a community-run image board for adult fan art, with images, comics and some videos searchable by tag, plus a personalised feed and filters to hide what you don't want to see. In testing it loaded quickly, showed no ads or pop-ups, used very little outside tracking, and worked well on a phone. You can browse without an account, and signing up is optional for taking part.
